We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very prompt in replying to our emails and phone calls. The lady who gave us the keys was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

I recently stayed at Nice Livings Gioia for a few days and had a great experience. The apartment was modern, cozy, and located in a quiet area. It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including AC, towels, and toilet paper. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the lady who checked us in spoke good English. The location was perfect, with the Sondrio Metro station just across the road and the Central Station within a 10-minute walk. There were also several restaurants, bars, and a Carrefour Express nearby. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Nice Livings Gioia.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the metro station. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and getting around easily. there are several markets and restaurants in the vicinity, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.

The equipment in the apartment was quite poor, with no electrical kettle and a limited selection of cooking dishes. there were issues with the heating in the kitchen/living area, making it uncomfortably cold.

We were warmly greeted by Sana, a welcoming and helpful host. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient with a metro station just a minute away, making it easy to explore the city.

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't ask for anything more.

Convenient location near subway, great value for money, clean rooms, adequate parking, friendly owner. Vending machine with reasonable prices. If in the area again, would definitely return.
